    seaweed wraps. My aunt is Koren and makes some interesting food. It's actually not as bad as it sounds if you like the 'fishy' taste.

    gar (like alligator)
    rattle snake (lots of them - very little meat)
    antelope (another YUM!!)
    Bear (heart which was gross to me - very greasy)

    Alligator, Foie Gras (duck liver), and I once at a sour patch kid that was used to squash an ant. That was when I was like 10.

    Pigs Brain Sandwich and Cherry Beer. Sorta tasted like eating a wet Kleenex b/w 2 slices of very good bread. Should have put the horseradish on it.

    Salo. Imagine eat the pure uncooked fat from bacon in 1 inch pieces. Its a common food in eastern Europe (Ukraine and Russia). They think its very healthy for you. I ate it once to be polite and it was so disgusting.
