    Still here just haven't had very much extra time lately! : ) Don't have any idea how iv been doing either im kida slipping bad but Im pretty sure im not gaining any weight just feel sooooooo freaking huge that I cringe at weighing in! I don't know why but i look at the scale and say eh ill do it tomorrow and then forget for a few days and recommit to doing it later and the cycle goes round and round but I will for sure be weighing in by the end of the month!

    I haven't read up on here in a few weeks either but its not because i don't care! I DO! Just super busy and super distracted by trying to get pregnant and thinking about that alot...

    My update after week 4 on March 2012 Challenge:

    3/1: 166
    3/7: 165 (-1)

    5 + 2 gone .... :wink:

    Can't believe it - I literally nearly fell off the scales with shock this morning when I saw 159! I knew I had a good week so I was hoping for a loss of 2lbs but when I saw that I was three pounds down I couldn't believe it!!! I kept getting on and off them just to make sure that I wasn't seeing things.

    I have now lost 28lbs in total since the beginning of January! I had hoped in January that I would have lost 28lbs by my birthday so I am really thrilled, especially since it is another 12 days until my b'day. Hopefully I can manage to lose a bit more (2lbs would be nice - as it would make it a nice round 30!) before then but I won't be too worried if I don't as long as I stay the same!

    I still haven't added weight training to my workouts - I did however read 'The New Rules of Lifting for Women'. They have plans and everything all laid out in the book but to be honest I do not understand half of them! I really do need to start doing 'something' in this area though because I have noticed that even though I have lost 7lbs this month my measurements haven't really changed much (the odd cm here and there ... but you can't really count centimeters can you :laugh: ? ).

    Anyhow, thanks for the challenge - hopefully I will be able to join you all for the April one!

    Woohoo Belle, you're doing soooo well. 2 stones since January is amazing. I'm hoping to hit the 1 stone since New Year mark on Saturday, but I can;t seem to predict the results on the scales anymore, because of adding in kettlebell workouts. I definitely feel firmer and I swear my bingo wings are shrinking...so eventually the scales will catch up....I hope!!

    Well done, by Saturday you could have lost another couple of pounds and nearly doubled the challenge - fab !!!

    K I weighed in thismorning since it has been sooo long since the last time I weighed and it turns out Im not above where I started in march but I gained back the pound I did lose so on we go. Im getting in more walks lately but this week Iv been helping my sister pack up to move so not much exercise there. I cant wait for this warm weather tho!

    Nearly made it. Frustrating that I'm only 1 lb less than I weighed 3 weeks ago, but I guess weight loss is like that sometimes

    1/3 = 183.8
    9/3 = 180.4
    17/3 = 181.4
    24/3 = 181.6
    31/3 = 179.4

    Total loss of 4.4 lbs.

    There's always April I guess....see you all there!!

    Did it! Five pounds lost in March and a great birthday present to myself. I cycled into work all last week (a 10-mile round trip each day) and I think it made a real difference.
