Loss for the month is 0.8 below the goal and 1.3 away from one-derland! My numbers tend to bounce a lot, so the small blip up is not a big surprise. Next month, by the time my new grandbaby arrives, I WILL be under 200!!0 -

Total lost for March was 10 lbs. This is the third month in a row where I've been able to drop 10 lbs. in a month. Looking forward to finally being able to get back to doing some type of real exercise in April as I've been really restricted on exercise since March 8. I've been doing it all solely with diet, but it's really hard when I don't have the flexibility of "eating my exercise calories."0 -
Total Weight Loss in march: 9.3lbs
I didnt set a goal for march as I didnt have expectations. I hope to reach 154lbs by end of April0 -
HAPPY APRIL FOOL'S DAY EVERYONE! We had some great successes, including some 9 and 10 pound losses! Congrats to everyone for staying on track even amidst the bumps and bruises of life, going forward to a healthier you.
