    I do use a pedometer sometimes for tracking steps if I can't
    walk outside. You can also use the treadmill for counting your
    steps. If I am correct, anything goes here to get you moving. :bigsmile:

    I did lots of walking up and down the halls at work today. I don't have a pedometer anymore but when I did I usually racked up about 13,000 steps in a 12 hr shift

    I use my fitbit to track steps. My goal is 10,000 per day, so that is what I'll reports. Thanks for this. :smile:

    Friday : nothing cause of storms sat: 2 miles sun: 1.2 miles ( nice slow quality time with hubby walk) weekly total since first post: 9.2 glowing to get a substantial jog in tomorrow

    I walked a couple hours yesterday at a craft sale and again today plus grocery after that so I don't know exactly how long or how far but my feet are aching, lol
