    For next month on, my goal will be 1500 minutes because I am now focusing on more aerobics and strength training than I am walking. Walking will continue to be a component of my weight release, just a smaller component.

    Today: 27,172 Steps = 12.70 Miles = 1032 calories
    For the month: 444,010 Steps = 199.36 Miles = 15,223 calories
    A hairs breadth from breaking 200 miles for the month.
    I'm using the accelerometer on my iPod nano for the numbers.
