I enjoy walking with WATP (WAH)! I need some help with motivation -- I need to get up at 4:40 a.m. to do a 2 mile walk and still leave for work on time. I know myself -- it has to be the morning or it won't happen.
So, I'd like to be part of this group if you're still taking members.
I'd like to do at least 10 miles a week -- 40 miles a month.0 -
I have the new DVD for Leslie Sasone and would love to do this challenge.
Are you doing one for April. Please let me know.

I'd love to join the group. I have been doing Leslie for about a month on and off. Joining this group will help motivate me to continue to work out and reach my goal wieght. I'll check back in this weekend for the April walking goal.0

@Mammamea...your post is showing. I'm like you. I walk Mon-Fri. with the weekends off also so I do not include weeekends in my goal calculations.0 -
