    It was a perfict day today, so I walked a couple miles this evening ans watched the sun set as I walked..
    I'm Now 14/50 moving slow still but I'll get there. :smile:

    I finally used my DVD last night at 9:00pm. After a very hard day at work I only made it .75 miles.
    It is a start.

    3/13 .75

    I will probably won't log any today but Weds is a day I walk a lot at work. I have an outside job and spend most of it on my feet.

    Every little bit is a step closer to your goal. :-)

    Yay for a Swat group! I discovered Leslie a little over 3 years ago when I was pregnant with my first son. I"m now 25 weeks pregnant with son #2 and when I finally got my energy back after the first trimester, Leslie has been helping me stay active--so easy to modify to whatever pace, etc. I need to keep going. Dr says it's a good plan and I can keep it up until I deliver if I feel like it. Right now I'm averaging 2-3 miles most days of the week. We'll see how long I can keep that up...I'm anticipating a drop back to 1-2 miles in the next month or so. We'll see. Yay for Leslie fans! So glad to see others out there!

    What a strange week....busy as usual but I had a couple of falls...yes falls!! Monday night lost my balance and slow mow onto the love seat during the yoga stretch...funny not hurt....then Tues morning I finish working out go to move the coffee table and some how my foot stayed planted to the carpet while mt upper body kept going while bent over I fell HARD! to the floor on my right side! Ouch!! didn't notice anything wrong until a few hours later my left side from hip f lexer down past knee has been really hurting when I move certain ways . Anyway it has altered my exercise but has not stopped me. First time I've done the 4 big miles without sweating like crazy...but still completed the 4 and feeling better each day.:happy:

    Just got back from doing two more miles. So total of 3 today. 3 more to go !!
    Weather is so nice today. Still a little cold. And tip. I use a free app called run keeper. Put in the activity. In my case walking. It uses gps in your phone to tell you how fast and far and in what time you walked. And tells you cal burned.
