I took measurments on day 11 in the morning for my day 10 resualts. Since I do the workout at night most days. I think morning you are your smallest. IDK though just what I did.0

Day 13 D5L2
Had a terrible day yesterday and didnt get to work out till 930pm ugh. Still got in done so I was proud of myself for not saying "oh its to late". Workout when good. I am doing more of the advanced moves everytime I do it. So excited for Monday when I start level 3. Now I just have to get through level 2.
I also use 2 lbs weights. I have seen changes all over in my body so far just in 13days!!0 -

I'm only on Day 8 but I thought I'd come join this thread.
I have definitely noticed an improvement! I started with 3lb weights and am now on 5lb for all but two of the exercises. My shoulders are weak like WOAH but getting stronger!
I'm trying not to weigh during this though. Waiting for the 'big reveal' at the end. Haha.0 -

Today I felt good after my workout so I did 30 minutes on the elliptical and boy o boy was I ever sweating. Felt good though. My goal is to do it sat and sun I usually take one of those days as a rest day but I want to be done with this at the end of March so that would mean NO more rest days!!0 -
day 2 of the workouts and Jillian is kicking my a**....in a good way. my butt cheeks are so sore from all the squats, but i love the workout. only setback is i slept with my arm hanging off the bed so now my elbow hurts like hell. oh well, gotta keep movin0

Day 7 level one. Used 8 lb wt today. Plan on moving onto level 2 tomorrow 3 days ahead of schedule. Level one now easy getting bored. Heard level 2 is a killer. I definitely feel a difference in the way I feel. Leaner.0

I use 3lb. My 5lb weights are m.i.a., and I don't think I could use my 8lb ones.
My arms and shoulders are still plenty sore, so I think it's at least doing something. (;0 -
Hi all,
I'm on day 19 of 30DS, day 2 of level 3! I can say that I have definately seen a change in my fitness level and am definately more toned. I have lost in lbs and inches but noticed the inches before the lbs.
Am loving level 3!!! It's a really hard work out but enjoying it more than level 2. Oh and i'm using 2.5kg weights.
