03/01 - 28 Miles - 218 Minutes - 2648 Calories - Night ride and Afternoon ride in windy Oakland, California.
03/02 - 33 Miles - 176 Minutes - 2838 Calories - 60 degrees. Strong cross and tail winds. 6 miles of gravel.
03/03 - 42 Miles - 244 Minutes - 4202 Calories - Morning ride in San Francisco / afternoon ride in Windsor.
03/04 - 26 Miles - 143 Minutes - 2722 Calories - Wine Country tour.
03/06 - 37 Miles - 137 Minutes - 2112 Calories - 63 degrees. Strong tail winds and cross winds.

3/4 - 20.5 MILES on my 18+year old beater bike. I thought I was going for a really short ride... guess not.
3/6 - 21.25 MILES on my road bike. Got my new cycling jacket and had to break it in. 52deg weather, 10-18mph winds.... worked perfectly LOVE MY NEW CASTELLI JACKET and Capo knickers0 -

28.5 miles today - first time I have ridden on the road since the beginning of January!! So different from riding on the turbo trainer - I am SO tired!! But - 25 miles on turbo on Thursday & 28.5 this morning so 53.5 miles so far this month - aiming to do 150 by the end of the month.:bigsmile:0
