    .... I had no idea that you can open it from the bottom. So, of course, the top. I've never seen anyone open it any other way.

    def. from the top :) BUT if it dont pull down then I stab my finger into it and peel that sucker open :)

    It never occurred ot me to try it from the bottom. Does it really keep the stringy things off the banana? I am so excited to give it t try.

    This was brought up a while back. I never knew the bottom was an option! ha So I tried it. Just once. It wasn't any better than the top. Someone said you didn't get the strings. I got the strings and also my finger in it. I'm a top girl! I like my bananas just after they turn yellow, so sometimes I need a knife- at the top!

    I feel weird, Im a side popper...i bend the banana until it splits in the middle and i take the whole peel off at one time.

    My new favorite way is holding each end and quickly snapping it in half, then peeling from the middle. You have to be confident though, or you just end up with a smushy mess.
