    Just one last thing for the people who have said without a control, there is no way to know if it's the treatment of the normal diet and exercise, the treatment is followed by 10min power plate session and there are two sessions a week. So over 6 sessions/over three weeks, I will be doing 60 mins of power plate. What I now intend to do is diet and exercise as normal between now and my sessions. Before and after my treatment, will take measurements and only do the 10mins power plate as they recommend and see what the loss is, if anything. Then, in the three weeks following my treatment, I will do the same thing, only 10mins of power plate twice a week for three weeks, and take further measurements. If I lose the same or more, I will without a doubt agree that the i-lipo was a waste of my time, and be thankful I didn't pay full price. I will also be posting pictures for those who are interested. If will be a separate post to this though.
