    Mocha Frappe Shake

    1 scoop of chocolate protein
    1 scoop Click mocha protein powder
    1 cup milk ( I use either light soy or fat free lactose free)
    5-6 ice cubes
    1 tbsp sugar free Torani chocolate syrup (find it in the coffee aisle) or sugar free salted caramel is good too!

    Whiz it up in the blender til smooth. Tons of protein, lo cal and a party in a glass! Yummy!

    Blueberry Cheesecake shake

    1 scoop vanilla creme whey protein
    1 cup frozen blueberries
    1 cup unsweetened almond milk
    1 TBSP of sugar free jello cheesecake pudding mix
    Ice ( I usually do 3 or 4 cubes )
    and blend!

    Share your favorite protein shake recipes! I'm looking for new ideas. Here are a couple of my favorites:

    Coffee Coolatta Shake:
    1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder (pretty good with vanilla too)
    6 oz. unsweetened almond milk, or milk of choice
    3-4 ice cubes
    1 tbsp. nutella
    1-2 tsp. instant coffee (to taste)
    SO good!

    Mine is a favorite , I look forward to my morning routine..

    1 serve vanilla protein powder ( I use Evox Lean Pro)
    1 handful/ 1.5cup spinach
    1/2 cup fat free milk
    1/2 cup raw oats
    3 ice cubes and a little water to get the consistency right

    Keeps me fuel led and tastes so good.
