    I can't pick one.....

    Let's see.....

    "Well you're young"

(In response to my weight loss....Meaning I didn't work my A&& off to lose 50 LBS and I have no self discipline because I'm 29 and therefore my weight loss is just not hard earned or something???????)

These are in response to our infertillity....

    "Why don't you guys adopt?"

"Just relax and go on a vacation"

These are in relation to exercize.....

    "I don't have time."

:explode: anything with the word "retarded" or "that's so gay"...really!?!? From the gay perspective it makes me want to smack the living **** out of you and using the word "retarded" is classless and insulting to those who actually are mentally challenged. They both are downing...

What if you say that's so gay about a purple feather boa designed specifically for a gay man? is it ok then

"I'm sorry you feel that way"

Because it basically translates to "I'm not sorry I did what I did, only that you responded so poorly". You might as well just keep that to yourself.

Ohhhh I gotta add this one to my list/tyrade.

Why do people say: "I know, right?" That doesn't mike sense.....

LOL. I hate that one. Especailly when 40 and 50 year olds say it. I expect a 13 year old to say it because 13 year olds are idiots. But, i don't expect actual adults to walk around saying, "I know, right?"

When I had a miscarriage, then an ectopic pregnacy, everyone said, 'well it wasn't meant to be' never really helped my feelings!!

what?! that's such a horrible thing to say! Pretty sure there's actually nothing that would help in that situation, but telling you it was MEANT to happen is just cruel.
Better to keep yer mouth shut than say something stupid...they should just have given you a hug ):

I had this same issue when we lost our twins (4 years ago). People don't know what to say so they say cliche things that if they actually thought of the VOMIT they were spewing out of their mouths, they'd be ashamed.

I know not a lot of people say it (at least not where I'm from) but I used to have a roommate that would say "what's crackin'?" or "what's crack-a-lackin'?"... every time I hear(d) those phrases I have to restrain myself from going postal... I don't know why... they are just that annoying to me.

"Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels."

Whoever said that is eating all the wrong foods. I would - and did - choose being overweight over giving up yummy foods.

Thankfully, I found you can be lean and still eat what you love... and it's actually a lot easier than avoiding deliciousness.

    That would be Kate Moss.

    "....,know what I mean?"

I have a coworker (who is in her late 40's/early 50's) that ends EVERY sentence with some variation of that! So annoying....

Wow...that is annoying when there are such huge problems in the world that an exam or overeating shouldn't be such a huge issue. Life is such a blessing, which is the largest thing I've learned from my healthy journey (which is far from over)
