    I love to see this too, as I am 5'9.5" (can't forget that 1/2")!

    One question, did you ONLY do strength training or did you incorporate cardio as well?
    I just started New Rules for Women on Tuesday (super sore) and have decided to cut my cardio for a while-or until my body doesn't hurt so bad!
