    wow! you look great. Can I ask you a little about your routine? I just wondered how much strength vs. cardio or if there is a program you followed?
    I used to do a lot of cardio - Zumba and walking, mostly, but since the beginning of the year I've drastically cut back cardio to maybe 2 days a week or so and strength 3 days a week. I don't have a specific routine right now - I just like to push my body.
