I am so in love with this thread. I am tired of being hungry. I am sure I could eat differently, but I feel like MFP isn't allowing me enough calories, and trying to burn most of my leftovers with cardio at the end of the day is getting old. Thanks for posting everyone. I've figured out that I need to start lifting more and stick with it.

I'm new here, don't know many people yet, but this thread is fantastic!!

I'm down16 pounds (started Feb. 1st) at last weigh in and this is so inspirational!

I hope every person that posted their success reads this.

You all did a great job and thanks for sharing. You are really helping people like me that are just starting.

I have some progress pictures. Actually I weigh less than what the last one says. But this is something that I have kept just because, well it reminds me of where I don't want to be. I still have about 32 lbs to go but I have a good start going. Good luck to you.

Hopefully this works. Don't really understand how to post pictures in the message.

Wow!! These transformations are amazing!!!!! I hope to have my own success story one of these days. MFP has me set at 1200 cals/day, but after looking at this, I think I'll need to change my settings!! :)

am fairly new to this working out and eating right thing. This thread is EXACTLY what I needed to see so that I will remember that starvation is not the key and to just keep on going. I have not taken before pictures because thats just scary! But now I think I will and hide them away until I have an after picture to compare it with.
Thank you all for your inspirational pictures and stories.

    Good luck to everyone.
