Hi all, I am a big beliver in eating at your bmr, originally mfp gave me approximately 1400 and my bmr is 1560 so once I started eating my bmr I felt better and the weight came off easier.
I'm just curious when everyone said they upped their calories was there a specfic formula they used i.e. bmr + exercise calories = total calories to eat for the day, or was it just trial and error.
thanks
by the way you all look fantastic its amazing the number of calories some of you are eating in a day I never thought I'd be able to eat that number and still loose weight.0 -
Bump, love this thread everyone!0

P90X and healthier food choices, but plenty of it.

Although I must admit that I do aim for the 1200calories - I havent had a problem yet and normally have a steady weight loss of about 2lb per week. I really dont feel as though I'm starving myself because I have big meals - just uber healthy. Am I doing wrong?
Starting weight 240lb in may 2011
current weight 158lb
goal weight 140lb
height 5ft 6in
