No starvation and actually lack of exercise lately but still losing as I have been maintaining my life style change. I feel great and have gone from a size 16 pant to an 8 and even down to a 6 in some. I have 10 more pounds to go to achieve my goal and need my cheering section back. Feel free to add me if you wish. Thanks for viewing my story!!

Thank you so much. The tattoo was my gift to myself when I turned 30. It goes the entire way up and over my hip. I am an Auctioneer from the Pittsburgh area which explains the microphone.0 -

I know 12 lbs isn't much and it's not very impressive compared to everyone else, but.. here's mine anyway :c
Any loss is impressive you look great keep up the good work!!0 -
This is a change in the time span of 3 months with a very rigorous regime of strict diet and intense exercises (monitored by trainer). No starvation mode at all. I have eaten even more than I used to eat before. I still have 5 more % of body fat to shed in order to reach my goal, but so far I didn't though the results would be so dramatic. I was one of those guys who always blamed genes, but it looks like I had the best genes, but the worst mindset.

Very true.. But what I like the most is that people who know me are inspired and thinking seriously to improve their lives too.. Some people in the gym ask for tips, and that is very motivating for me too to push harder0 -
I was at 200 lbs in this pic and already down 10lbs. No starvation but I had a terrible learning curve listening to all the crap info that is out there. It took me 7 months to loose the first 25 lbs.
175 lbs in this pic. Lost the rest since I joined this site.
Nice transformation...
Have to say...you achived a sexy upper body0 -

Also, when you comment on a post, it appears in your "My Topics" above, so people sometimes say bump, if they want to mark it to come back and read later. it's easier to find it if it's in My Topics.0 -

No starvation, I eat till I'm full, I've taught myself to figure out when I'm bored and when I'm actually hungry. I've worked hard. I still have 20/25lbs to go. I'm 5'3, and the start of it all, I was 250lbs. I never realized I was "Obese" till I seen the first photo and had a doctor tell me. I'm pretty sure I had diabetes but never had myself tested for it. April of 2010, I found out I was pregnant, I went for my OB appt. and was tested for Diabetes right away because it runs in my family. My dad had just had a heart attack and found out he was diabetic in September of 2009, the first photo was taken in October of 2009. After this photo and my dad's heart attack, I wanted to work on myself. I joined here under another name which I cannot even remember. I couldn't remember my name and stuff so I registered another account in Feb. I first started here with the intentions to eat what I wanted but in moderation, and teach myself portion control. April came around, and I found out I was pregnant with my daughter. I was sure I'd be over 300lbs after I had her, but sometimes good things comes in the forum of diabetes. I had Gestational diabetes, it was caught in the first trimester, and I lost 70lbs in my pregnancy. I'm going to show you guys a course of a few photos. Before my 2nd pregnancy, during, after, right before I started, and now.
(Before I post my biggest, this is me at the age of 18. As you can see I have never been what you'd consider "thin")
250lbs my biggest
These are of my pregnancy
This was a few months after my little one was born. I'm holding her if you can't tell...
This was the day before I decided to get on the weight loss wagon again, and this was taken September 2011. Since I've lost 67.5lbs.
This was taken when I bought my first pair of 5/6 jeans. I weighed in at 145. I've never in my life wore a 5/6 jeans. I tried them on at Rue 21 and this is in their dressing room.
A few weeks ago I put on my wife beater cus I've never had the arms to pull one off and a skirt that has the shorts built in under them and decided to take a photo... Arm's still need a lot of work but they are a lot smaller.
And finally! The photo that says a thousand words, and really shows just how much inches and pounds I've lost. My biggest size 20 shorts, to my biggest size 18 jeans.
And I figured a face shot. I had to get my license renewed in January before March which is my birthday, because I couldn't afford it to be a year out of date and have to retake the test lol. First one was taken in 2006, just 3 years after my son was born, and then Jan of 2012.
