First picture was 194.2 lbs on 1/9/12
Second was 2 weeks ago at 175 lbs.
I have lost another couple lbs since the last picture and still have 23 lbs left to loose.
I usually eat 1400-2300 calories a day. Just depends on my exercise, where I am at on my weekly goal and if I'm hungry or not.
I'm 5'10" and my goal is 150 lbs
You can veiw my diary if you want. I tend to focus more on the weeks calorie goals then the daily. That is why I have days where I am way over and under. I think zig zaging my calories helps me.

Well I did not starve myself, but I do not go by what MFP say's is right for me as far as the tool of BMR on here, I go by what my doctor says is right for me... I do not starve myself by any means.

I am fairly new to MFP. This is a dumb question, but what does the bump mean?

Bumping is bumping the thread so it's in your "My Topics" and posts to your profile so you remember to go back to it.

I'm confused, if my BMR is ~1400 and I eat 1270 plus whatever I burn exercising, is that "starvation" ? I always eat if I'm hungry and have felt plenty fueled for my workouts but I don't want to be starving myself either! I've set my goals at 1/2 lb per week because I am very close to my goal weight.

I recently bought new rules of lifitng for women, so I may start following those eating guidelines to support my lifting anyways, but I was just curious :)

    I posted mine here.

I just had my second daughter Jan 25th. I'm doing this the right way. Eating healthy, exercising. No pills, no fad diets. Just a healthy lifestyle change. My starting weight was 303.3lbs, current weight 276lbs.
