    What keeps me going in every aspect of my life is "I want to be a Dad my kids are proud of"

    Also "food is nothing more than fuel" . When you think of food in this way, it makes you really think about what you are putting in your mouth.

    No matter how slow you go, you are still lapping everybody on the couch. (was going to say this but was already stated; love it though)

    Is nagging at me as I had 600 calores of unplanned eating last night after RUNNING 3 MILES. Can anyone say self-sabatoge! I'll never finish this journey of mine unless I get a handle on this stupid repeated behavior of mine.
