organic 2% milk
low-fat yogurt
basmati rice
organic eggs (a few times a week)
whole wheat bread
whole wheat tortilla

tea
What about you guys? What do you think I should add to my almost daily?

Generally I don't limit myself, I just plan ahead in order to accommodate what I want, but I don't drink soda at all, and the other items are a rarity.0 -
If I was you, I would add beer to my daily category, move pork to the frequent category, and move the milk to the never category. I also eat a lot of carb snacks and pasta since I need them to fuel myself.0
