    Franzia - White Zinfadel Wine
    Miller Lite - Beer
    Miller Brewing Co. - Mgd 64
    String Cheese
    Triscuit - Thin Crisps
    Franzia - Chillable Red Wine


    apparently I like to drink and have cheese and crackers alot

    I personally dont limit myself. Why put myself in a NO NO zone. Eat, Drink & workout like crazy!!!!

    Never: Liver, salmon, olives, sardines, venison

    Often: MUSHROOMS, shrimp, snow peas, CHOBANI Pineapple yogurt, basmati rice, pure protein bars- Choc deluxe, coffee

    Everything else in moderation..... probably will never have another mocha creamy drink though after looking up the calories :noway:

  • Never- White foods, candy, anything with "sugar" including corn syrup

    usually- eggs, chicken breast, pork tenderloin, bags and bags of frozen mixed veggies

    always- freezer full of sugar free popcicles (when you get the "munchies" they are a lifesaver"

    in a pinch- i keep several cans of campbells chunky soups in my desk for lunch. a whole can of the chicken noodle is only 220
    calories and its pretty filling.

    My life feels validated.

    My roomie LOVES it, but I grew up with my step mom putting it on everything (which makes it awful for so many reasons if you know how I feel about her). So every time I reach for the mayo, I do a double check to make sure it's not the jar of Miracle Whip.

    The things on my never list are things I don't care for or am allergic to (soy). The things on my rarely list are the foods I'll eat, but don't really prefer. My often list is pretty much everything else on the planet.

    I don't have any food rules for myself. :-)

    Bread (not a huge fan of bread apart from naan bread with a curry)
    Cake (although I love it, it's just not worth it as I can eat copious amounts without feeling sick)
