    I dont want to talk about never......not sure I know the meaning of the word. I can talk about almost daily though:

    Water
    Apples
    Eqq Whites (alternate between whole eggs and egg whites)
    Poultry of some kind
    Green veggie.

    NEVER: pork, shellfish of any kind (for religious reasons), soda/pop (kicked the habit and see no reason to start again)

    RARE: alcohol, red meat

    OFTEN: just about everything else not covered in the above....most frequently: protein shakes, avocado, eggs, bell peppers, onions, spinach, chicken.

    Juice - just isn't worth it calorie wise

    A bunch of crap that I'm intolerant to (dairy, soy, wheat, eggs, and such)

    OFTEN:
    DARK CHOCOLATE.... You can take away my dairy BUT YOU WILL NEVER TAKE MY CHOCOLATE!!!!

    I'm allergic to gluten, dairy, and soy, so you won't see that stuff in my diary (unless I went out to eat and decided to deal with the highly unpleasant consequences later!).

    I rarely eat bacon, never ever beef, can't stand it, so you won't see beef or pork in my diary generally either.

    I don't drink beer, I'm allergic to wine. But I love a good cocktail ;-)

    I am defintiely not a perfect eater either. I definitely still allow the occasional treat.


    Never:
    Seafood - any kind. Gross!
    Peas - just hate them!

    Rarely:
    Junk food like chips and candy.
    Fast Food (except the occasional 'pizza')
    White Pasta
    Coke
    Red Meat

    A few times a week:
    Popcorn (mini snack bag - no butter)

    Almost Daily:
    Fresh Veggies - Peppers, Tomatoes, Cucubmer, Radishes
    Grilled Veggies - Bok Choy, Broccoli, Onions, Mushrooms
    Fruits - Raspberries, Banana's or Oranges
    Egg or Chicken
    Yogurt
    Tea/Coffee
    Water
    Cinnamon Bread (sorry, I just can't get rid of it...love it too much)

    Looks good! Give seafood another chance! :)
    I need to be like you and get in more fresh veggies!

    almost never: beer...wine...whole wheat ( used to drink a lot and wheat isnt good for my body)

    I LOVE RICE...live breathe and eat it since birth..being half Asian and all.
    I think of it like ya'll think of Chocolate..

    Funny..I eat most of what everyone since to think is bad on these lists..maybe the word moderation needs to be used more..

    Legumes. I hate them.
    Red meat, although I'm learning to love it again.
    Pasta

    Daily:
    Greek yogurt

    Spring mix
    Beer

    For me, pork is not a religious thing. I hate it.

    Rarely: Alcohol (champagne, wine coolers etc..), Soda (gave it up couple yrs ago), juice (i love fresh juice but we quickly run out of fruits)

    Always: Fruits, Veggies, grains, cheese, nuts on a daily basis. I also have some kind of treat like peanut brittle, one or 2 cookies, etc. Moderation is the key here.

    NEVER: Green vegetables I can't swallow whole...with the exception of raw spinach.
    Mushrooms because they remind of my past. :/

    RARELY: Alcohol, red meat and pork (gave it up for Lent and am enjoying the benefits) and ice cream

    OFTEN: Bananas, Chicken, grilled fish, and raw spinach almost daily, and cheese..MUST have cheese.

    I am also a closet Jelly Bean hoarder. I love Jelly Belly and even though I refuse to log them, I do have some hidden and sneak one or two handfuls at least once a week. :)

    Oh yes, I should have put down juice too for very rarely, I love orange juice but not worth the sugar, calories, and heart burn, other juices not too appealing anyway.
