    Rarely: Cold Cereals, Soda, Beer, Peanut Butter, Canned Soups, Jarred Pasta Sauces, Rice, Hot Dogs

    Often: Pancakes, Waffles, Maple Syrup, Oatmeal, Milk, Espresso, Fruit (all kinds), Peppers, Green Beans, Corn, Carrots, Garlic, Olive Oil, Unsalted Butter, Salad Greens, Cheese, Homemade Soup, Homemade Pizza, Hard Cider, Wine, Cookies, Ice Cream, Cupcakes, Chocolate, Beef, Pork, Chicken, Shellfish, Pasta

    The things on my never list are things I don't care for or am allergic to (soy). The things on my rarely list are the foods I'll eat, but don't really prefer. My often list is pretty much everything else on the planet.

    I don't have any food rules for myself. :-)

    I drink alcohol & really don't take issue with recording it, since I figure I may as well be honest. That's just me, though.

    Seafood (yuck, fish is OK but the little things like prawns, mussels etc.are vile)
    Frozen ready meals (now and again I will buy one for convenience... then remember why I don't buy them more often... disgusting!!)

    Alcohol (not worth the calories except on occasions)
    Bread (not a huge fan of bread apart from naan bread with a curry)
    Cake (although I love it, it's just not worth it as I can eat copious amounts without feeling sick)
    Fruit: I know I know I should... I just don't like it very much

    MMm Im one of those who will still eat what I fancy if I want it in moderation, but saying that I havent had a pkt of crisps since I started my diet and I used to hae a packet everyday.

    Reese's Peanut Butter Cups. This is really the only "never" I can honestly put because I think they're disgusting, I like to try new foods (even super weird stuff), and I don't deprive myself of things I like.


    Oh, and Kale chips. I tried them once and never want to eat them again. Gross.
