what's for lunch!?!

I am new to this site and watching what I eat. Just wanted to know what everyone is having for lunch so I can get some nutritious ideas for the future. I just ate some grilled chicken breast with a piece of provolone cheese on top, some fat free cottage cheese and water.

    Im having a lean pockets meatball sub. Usually I have that or a turkey or ham sandwhich on healthy living bread (35 calories a slice), lettuce. tomatoe and mustard of some sort with fat free cottage cheese, fruit or veggies.

    I had a small turkey burger with a pc of provolone cheese, dipped in a tiny bit of ketchup. And I'm gonna have @ a cup of blueberries also :)

    Baked potato, with a little cheddar, salsa, and cilantro
    1/2 cup of baked beans
    1 cup of milk


    I ate it as 2 meals, one portion before my workout, other half after.

    2c spinach
    1/2 c. cucumber slices with peel
    2slices tomato
    1oz baby carrots
    sprinkle of slivered almonds
    sprinkle of parmesean cheese
    1 tbsp homemade lite ranch dressing
    toasted whole grain bread w/ 1tsp olive oil

    YUMMY salad!!! all about 350 cals

    You probably wont believe this but I usually have a peanut butter and jelly sandwich on wheat! I use natural peanut butter. It really fills me up. Then I have an orange or an apple with it. Iced tea.

    Then a couple of hours later --- air popped popcorn and a diet soda.

    Keeps me going.

    Something about peanut butter - gotta have it!

    I had a frozen banana covered in yogurt and granola!!!!!! Really filling, and tastes great. The only problem is, you have to freeze the banana for a few hours, and don't let it stick to the plate!!!!!!!!!:laugh:

    i manage it so my breakfast is small so i can have a more filling luch since i love pasta....so it's gonna be 1c speg. carbonara and 1 oz skinless grilled chicken breast. Dieting for me doesn't mean leftovers have to go uneaten.

    diet Rite Cola the only cola I found that does not have aspertane in it. It has splenda. good. I do not eat ianything with aspertane or or other sugar. products Just some splenda. Taht leaves a lot of things out like sf jello and sf puddings.And cool whipped.

    I had 1/3 c black beans mixed w/ 1/4 avocado, tomato, onion, garlic, hot sauce and lemon juice (all sauteed) sprinkled w/ mozzarella cheese in a La Tortilla Whole Wheat tortilla. It was 284 calories of yummy goodness!
