I am having a wheat low carb/high fiber tortilla with turkey and american cheese(fat free) melted on the tortilla. Last night I did it with the Provolone cheese. SO GOOD!!!!! and Fast that's what I like, when its quick, simple, and good.0

I had 2 kashi honey oat waffles with 4 pcs of turkey bacon and sugar free syrup (made it like a sandwich). Then I had a yoplait very vanilla yogurt with homemade granola. It was a big lunch today and very light dinner of a salad with chicken breast.0

Tonight I am having whole wheat penne rigate with marinara sauce( I put some yumo ground turkey in there...I cooked it with peppers and onions...) I am very excited.0 -
