Here is the progression:
I may not have pushed as hard as I could have since it was the first time lifting weights in 15 years but I plan on doing more lifting and making sure I push myself harder

Here are my pictures, still in the "current" stage as i would like to get more muscle definition.
My whole story and what I do can be found on my blog here: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/blog/emgawne/view/my-story-229647
First Picture is 2010 - 2012. 175 lbs to 157 lbs.

Second picture I had no change in weight but with weight training I have dropped down to 21.8% body fat and things have definitely lifted (haha) and become more toned.

Alright, I'll go:
Routine:
I stared with New Rules of Weight Lifting for Women, Stage 1.
In Jan I switched to more of a body building routine, upper/lower body splits, compound movements followed by isolation moves. 3x8.
After these pictures were taken I switched to Strong Lifts 5x5 which I really like and recommend.
I'd do 20-30 minutes of low to moderate intensity cardio 2 to 3 times a week.
Diet:
During the time between these pictures I actually ate above my TDEE, between 2800-3500 calories. At least one gram protein per pound of lean body mass, so 125g (but with that many calories it's not hard to go way over that). At least 0.3 gram fat per pound of total body mass, so about 50g.
You look amazing!! Not manly at all!!!!0 -
You ladies look wonderful! Very inspiring!0
-
Good job to all of you ladies. At this point I'm content just to lose weight but maybe one day I'll aspire to heavy lift as well.0
-

How tall are you? What have you been doing?
This really demonstrates how the scale is messed....
I'm 5'4" - I eat clean and I lift heavy! My most recent blog post chronicals the first 12-week program I did to start seeing these results. (I'm newer to MFP, though, can non-friends see blog posts??)0
