Before - 133 lbs - 23% body fat
After - 129 lbs - 17% body fat

Mine are the greatest but I did 2 months of the LiveFit workout from Jamie Eason on Bodybuilding.com

I may not have pushed as hard as I could have since it was the first time lifting weights in 15 years but I plan on doing more lifting and making sure I push myself harder

First Picture is 2010 - 2012. 175 lbs to 157 lbs.

Second picture I had no change in weight but with weight training I have dropped down to 21.8% body fat and things have definitely lifted (haha) and become more toned.
