    After - 129 lbs - 17% body fat

How tall are you? What have you been doing?

This really demonstrates how the scale is messed....

These photos are so freaking inspiring! Thank you so much for posting these. It is so great to see such an obvious strength change in your body and realize that you GAINED weight in the process. You look great!

Mine are the greatest but I did 2 months of the LiveFit workout from Jamie Eason on Bodybuilding.com

Here is where I see the biggest difference:

    Here is the progression:

I may not have pushed as hard as I could have since it was the first time lifting weights in 15 years but I plan on doing more lifting and making sure I push myself harder

ETA: had to get the right link for the pictures

Here are my pictures, still in the "current" stage as i would like to get more muscle definition.
My whole story and what I do can be found on my blog here: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/blog/emgawne/view/my-story-229647

    First Picture is 2010 - 2012. 175 lbs to 157 lbs.

Second picture I had no change in weight but with weight training I have dropped down to 21.8% body fat and things have definitely lifted (haha) and become more toned.

Ladies who follow the New Rules of Weightlifting -- What kind of equipment does it require? A full gym, or just free weights?
