    Super intense hockey game tonight.. verse the top team in our division... little redemption on my mind since the last time we played them i was playing with a slight groin pull and toughed it out... tonight IS MY TIME!!!!

    I tilled my garden by hand, and then I'll hit the elliptical for about 2 1/2 hours tonight followed by about half and hour to an hour doing arm weights in the pool.

    I have my own routine planned out, already done it today. 30 minute workout, Started out dong some strength training, did some ab's, cardio, and ended with some relaxing yoga.

    I pushed my push ups and went from 20 regular push ups to 30, I'm working to reach 100 push ups by June.

    30 minutes High intensity cardio.
    Lather.
    Rinse.
    Repeat.

    Double up workouts just like this for this whole week. Must. Fight. Birthday. Cake. :grumble:

    3 miles speed work this morning on the treadmill, then 25 minute swim. Probably run a few miles with my 4 year old daughter tonight while she rides her bike. The better she gets, the faster and farther I get to go!

    I just unlocked a new workout on Nike Training app so I'll be doing that today. It's 45 minutes of yoga, pilates and kick boxing moves apparently.

    Nice I'm about to get that. I had a friend advise me about it
