Regardless of the time of day: I get the English muffin with egg white, ham, cheddar jack cheese, purple onion, green pepper THEN TOASTED. Then add tomato, salt n pepper, spinach, and jalapeno.
Same order EVERY TIME. Love it!0 -
I get a salad:
Light lettuce, extra spinach, tomatoes, cucumbers, green peppers, onions, banana peppers, cheese blend and turkey. Salt and Pepper shake and fat free Italian. Then I get a bag of baked lays and crush a handful of those over the salad.0 -
6" Veggie on wheat bread. No cheese. All the veggies including hot peppers. Extra mustard, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.0
-
6-inch roasted chicken on 9-grain (toasted!) with lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, spinach, and green peppers. Yum!
Or I'll do a salad with all of the above, plus a side cup of fat-free whatever dressing to dip my fork in. Add some apples and a diet coke, and I'm a happy camper.0 -
6in Chicken, Bacon, Ranch on Italian Herbs and Cheese with lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles. No cheese...0

Recently, 12" flatbread egg white with pepperjack, lettuce, spinach, S&P. Sometimes a tiny bit of southwest sauce. Except the people at subway do NOT understand tiny bit, so I have to get it in a cup and add it myself. I HATE a soggy sandwich.
I eat 6" and save the rest for later, or give the other half to hubby.0 -
Ideal sub: foot long steak n cheese, hearty italian, lettuce, southwest dressing + salt & pepper
As steak n cheese is considered a "premium sub" that comes with a "premium price"... I only get it if I wanna splurge or if there's like a special offer. What i usually end up getting: 6 inch, sub-of-the-day, lettuce, southwest dressing + salt & pepper
Edited to say - with cheese and toasted of cos!0 -
