    5'8"/female/160# 1RM 320#

Just keep going and keep working it. Don't be afraid to load up more weight and challenge yourself BUT always keep good form.

I use a mixed grip, left hand facing out.

Holy crap there are some impressive numbers out there!
I haven't 1RM in a long time but my last working set was 235lbsx10 reps. Definitely could have gone heavier.
    Oh, 5-11, 195 lbs.

5'7", about 158 lbs. Best so far is 315 x 5. My 1RM should theoretically be about 387, but I haven't tested it.

Female, 5'1", 128lbs - my max PR last year when doing Crossfit was 255. I just started going heavy again and I had a 1 max rep of 245 yesterday. I'm trying to get to 300 by this summer and triple bodyweight deadlift for powerlifting competition someday!

I'm 5'9" and I weigh 151, I can deadlift 120lbs x 8 right, I was working on form issues but got it right finally so I hope to keep increasing, I feel like I should be doing way more by now.

    Ladies

I highly suggest stiff leg deadlifts. They are good for woman and get get you use to a something very similiar to a deadlift.
Start with stiff legs and then cross over to traditional deadlift. IMO

    Why?

There better be a good reason why I should train any differently because I lack a penis. I have no problem bucking a 130 pound bale of hay, why should I be modifying my weights?

ETA: I'm 5'6"/137 and my previous 1RM was 175 - but I started SL so I'm back down to 80 (and building)

My max deadlift is about 235lbs. I've only been working it progressively for about 4 weeks before getting a back injury (from rows)
