    Ran with my 10 year old son today, exercise wise total failure - run/walk/run/walk/ ... slow - social/bonding wise :heart: :bigsmile: FUN fun fun! loved that my son even agreed to come :heart: Hoping to make up for it tomorrow.

    Today: 2.5 miles / slow.
