    I exercise about 45-50 minutes, 5 days a week. Got in an extra hour the other night walking so on this day, April 5th, I'm at 4 hours done!

    I add running and actual exercise time. I count other activities under exercise, but will be a 'purist' for this one. I'm building up training miles towards a half marathon, so should easily be able to do this.

    4/2 38 minutes run/walk
    4/3 125 70 minutes run/walk, 25 minutes elliptical, 30 minutes Circuit/strength training
    4/4 - 5 55 minutes walking
