I hope this isn't a repeat:
I love hummus (okay, I KNOW that is a repeat, but read on....). I buy the Summer Fresh brand, and while I was looking through their products a few days ago in the store, I found a NEW product. Or at least it's new for us here. It is a LOW-CAL dip made from Greek yogurt. They have several flavours. And by low-cal, I mean it has the equivalent calories of LIGHT hummus (2 tbsps is only 40 cals). And it has more protein than most of the hummus around here too. That is certainly a good dip for raw veggies. I bought the jalapeno one, but there was lots to choose from.0 -
I think Sabra brand is the best.hummus. I like the spinach artichoke or sun dried tomato. I like to eat it on the Real Foods Corn Thins, too. www.sabra.com made me want to head to the store,0

Greek yogurt with a little bit of Sriracha!! Sooo good. Refried beans is another good one : )0

I take a little container of plain chobani yogurt, and a packet of hidden valley ranch dry mix....I put maybe two tbsp of the mix into the chobani, mix it up, and VOILA! You have a healthy dip that you can truly indulge in...PLUS, it's non-fat and super high in protein! It's delish!
THIS!!
I use greek yogurt. You can pretty much eat it to your hearts content guilt free.
Also, if you want a spicy south of the border flavor, hidden valley has a 'fiesta' flavor...pretty good stuff.0 -
I like veggies dipped in hummus. Yum!
^x2 there are many flavors also.0 -
I use 1/2 cup of Fage' 0% greek yogurt, 1 tsp. of Hidden Valley Ranch dry mix and 1 tsp. of Hidden Valley Dill dry mix. It is yummy with any veggie. I use carrots, celery, peppers, sugar snap peas, broccoli, califlower, any veggie is yummy.0

I was very scared, but tried this on a friend's recommendation. I wouldn't have known it was cottage cheese if I hadn't been told in advance. 2TBSP = 37 calories.
1 16-oz container fat free cottage cheese
1/4 cup skim milk
1 packet Hidden Valley ranch dip mix
Directions
Combine cottage cheese and milk in blender and mix until creamy. Stir in the packet of ranch dip and refrigerate and hour or so until flavors meld. One serving = 2 tbsp dip
I completely forgot about this dip recipe!! My mom used to make it all the time. You're right, it sounds alittle weird, but it is very good!!0 -
1/4 c Nonfat Greek yogurt
Fresh mint leaves
1/2 small garlic clove
Salt + pepper
**Dill weed works just as well in place of mint leaves. Different flavor, but still delicious! Especially with cucumbers0 -

I've had this too...and like it a little better than the greek yogurt, BUT...the yogurt is much easier to make, and I'm sort of lazy by nature lol.0 -
Don't know if it's been mentioned, but how about salsa? Low calories - it's mostly veggies itself - and lots of flavor. Just read labels and get one that doesn't have a lot of added sugar or other preservatives.
Oh, and definitely get some bell peppers. Green are okay, but red, orange, and yellow are definitely better. They are sweeter, have more flavor, and less bite!0 -

Either,
Cottage cheese w/dill
yogurt w/dill
Hummus
Mild Taco sauce(or spicy whatever floats your boat)
Balsamic Vinegar
Not really a dip, but if I've just had a flavored tuna can, the oil from that goes alright, especially the lemon and pepper0 -
Hummus! And if/when that gets old, I mix equal parts hummus and salsa. Or hummus/pesto. Never gets old!0

I love hummus but if you want something more substantial, my recipe for Black bean dip Kramalicious is in the recipe section. I use that at parties. You can always use the leftovers in a tortilla for lunch LOL Hubby and I live on this stuff, and you can adjust it according to your taste and the macros you're trying to reach.0

Fresh homemade pico de gallo. LOVE IT! Just fancy for fresh salsa. I make it and its only like 50 calories for 8 oz/1 cup. SO DELISH!
Also you can change up the tomato for mangos or strawberries. Always makes me feel like my carrots and cucumbers are chips !0 -
This is a Jack Lalanne special... Avocado dip
1 avocado mashed
dash of lemon juice
1/2 cup whipped cottage cheese
dash paprika
1/4 cup yogurt
garlic to taste0
