    I'm going to bump this for later, because I sure don't want to lose all of these ideas. I've heard of using the diet drinks with the cake mixes , but haven't tried them.. Sounds delicious....

    Not sure if this has been asked or mentioned before. Has anyone tried this in a muffin tin, instead of cake pan? If so, how did it turn out?

    I made cupcakes. Made it easier to figure the portion and calories.

    I have used this recipe, except I only use a can of diet soda....it is a very moist cake. It also helps take away the craving for chocolate....that is the one thing that I miss the most while dieting.

    I've tried this twice and both times the cake came out really dry and it crumbled when I cut it, am I doing something wrong? I didn't add the egg white though, I got this recipe from the Hungry Girl show and she just used a can of diet soda and cake mix.
