You look great. I am doing a lot of strength training and cardio with a trainer. I believe that you should do strength training, and your pictures are testament to that fact. I just want to know if you ate your exercise calories? There is a lot of disagreement on this.0

How tall are you? It looks like you lost more than 20. Your midsection is so slim.
I am only 5'3"

CW: 142
I think the big difference is due to the weight lifting...gaining muscle while losing the fat.

WOW- i seriously want to be able to post the same kind of pics some day and share those kind of results!!!! I can't believe nobody has asked how (weightlifting, yes but are you doing any specific program, at a gym, cardio, trainer, etc) I know people want to know. My question is - did you actually lose weight at first or did you notice body changes? I have been doing some strenuous cardio/weight training for 4 weeks and the 1 time i got on a scale was bummed cuz i hadn;t lost, BUT I am noticing jeans falling down and loose clothes. So I hope I'm on the same track as you!0
