According to MFP, my BMR is 1,187.
My daily calorie goal used to be 1200 until I started going over all the time because my appetite became seemingly insatiable.and the red numbers kept flashing by.
So I just changed it to "maintenance" and now it's 1480.. hopefully I'll be eating/netting under that most days though.0 -
