One apple, sliced and baked in the microwave. Add 1 tsp peanut butter for a sweet treat.
I cut one apple into chuncks, sprinkle cinnamon and a tiny bit of brown sugar on it and microwave it. Just like apple crumble without the crumble. Even better when you fry it on the stove because it caramalizes more but then no longer simple (as I hate cleaning the pan!)
Also, cottage cheese with maple syrup and pineapple.
Now, I want some!0 -
Emerald Cocoa Roast Almonds, Dark Chocolate Flavor. OMG! They are soooooo good. Eat plain or add to yogurt, cereal, etc.0

In place of one cup of boiling water, I mix a 6 oz cup of plain greek yogurt with any sugar-free jello, and cool until set in the fridge. Tastes like a dessert custard. Yummy!
That sounds fantastic. Thanks for the idea.0 -

I just made a list of my favorite ideas! Thank you! I'm super excited to try the hard boiled eggs with hummus replacing the yolk and the naked microwaved banana with chocolate chips. Maybe I will try with butterscotch chips + coconut sprinkled on top.
Here are my little treats:
A couple of you mentioned strawberries + stevia/sugar. I hull and slice strawberries, add splenda, mix and let it soak overnight in the fridge. In the morning, it becomes my syrup for pancakes or waffles. I bet it would taste great with honey too.
My variation of the greek yogurt dessert is this: greek yogurt + splenda (1 packet per half cup of yogurt)+ sugar free jello powder (I've use cheesecake, pistachio, cherry and lemon at various times) just a couple sprinkles per every half cup of yogurt you are using.......MIX thoroughly then add Lite Cool Whip then MIX one last time! I usually add 4 tbsp for 1/2 cup of yogurt. TADA! You'll love it as a treat. I really want to try the orange flavor.
My favorite snack right now satisfies my need for salt and sweet. I get the individual trail mix bags of cashews/almonds/dried cranberries from Trader Joes and eat it with a chopped up babybel light cheese. YUM!0
