I like cottage cheese pudding as a snack
2 cups of low fat cottage cheese
1 cup of low fat milk
1 box of sugar free, fat free pudding mix, any flavor
Put the milk and cottage cheese in the blender and puree til smooth.
Add the box of pudding, mix well then divide into 4
Love making it with chocolate pudding! (i have also tried vanilla and butterscotch).....i have yet to try lemon pudding but im sure it will be delicious

"unwrap" a banana, press 10 chocolate chips into it, sprinkle with cinnamon. microwave 30 seconds (or until chips melt)

Bump, I am going to try the SF Jello with Greek Yogurt ASAP Thanks it sounds Yummy. I have many boxes of SFJello and bored with normal way of fixing it.0

Frozen Fruitcubes (should be Fruitpops but keeping one of those juice pops molds around is too much effort)
Fill ice tray with Crystal Light Lemonade or lemon juice, truvia/stevia and water (flavor to taste)
Drop in berries (any kind)
Add popsicle stick

Homemade ice-cream sandwiches
Use fat free graham crackers
Break them in halves
On one graham cracker use fat free cool whip and dollop a 1 serving
Place other gram cracker on top and wrap in saran wrap or tin foil
Place in freezer overnight and you have a homemade ice-cream sandwich less than 60 cals0 -

cinnamon & sugar mixed
spray lavash with pam and rub with cinnamon sugar (both sides)
cut with pizza cutter in to cracker size squares and bake at 350 (don't walk away it cooks FAST)

It probably sounds gross, but it's actually delicious -- and you don't taste the kale...
1 cup original almond milk (or soy)
1 1/2 cup green leafy kale
1/2 tsp. honey
1 frozen medium banana
(cinnamon)
--> blend it up and enjoy!

Banana - dip in crushed raw pistachios.
"Centipedes on a Log" = similar to ants on a log but put almond butter on celery topped with half of a dried turkish apricot. Yum!

Chocolate PB Protein Smoothie: Blend 1/4C unsweetened Almond milk, 1/4C plain greek yogurt, 1 scoop whey chocolate protein powder, 1T powdered peanut butter, 1/2 frozen medium banana, 4 to 5 ice cubes. I so don't miss milkshakes!0
