    130, which is where I am now (started at 145). But now I am exercising a lot more and looking to tone up, so if I lose a couple more pounds as I lose inches, that'll be great too :)

    130. I'm 135 right now. Well, I change between 135-140 lol.
    But, it's really more about losing fat and gaining muscle.

    I am going for 160 for now, as someone else mentioned. I have so much weight to lose that I don't want something that is so far away that I can't achieve it. Once I hit this mark, I know I will feel so much better about myself, then I can aim for a lower weight.

    My goal is 165ish. Shooting mostly for a clothing size: 8-10ish. Starting weight was 250, size 18-20ish. CW: 220ish.

    This site has real women posting height, weight, shape, and clothing size to get a sense of how things might look.

    Some people have more muscle, bigger chests, apple shapes, pear shapes, hourglass shapes, ruler shapes, inverted triangle shapes or something else. One person's 140 could look lean, muscular, chubby, thin, average or something else.

    125-ish? Maybe? I don't know. I think I'm more jean-size oriented. And shirt size oriented. I'd love to get into a medium, but I need to reduce the size of the girls a bit more for that!!!!

    I am 5'2" and muscular. Been as low as 125 but was not as fit ,and having topped 223 and about to head below 200, and in hind sight, I was at my fittest at around 135. I would be stoked to be first and foremost fit but happy at the 130-140 range. Seriously you should see my legs! Not complaining in the least!

    I'm also 5'4" and 135 is an excellent weight for my frame. But ITA with others who say it's more about your build and your fitness level as well. Good luck :))
