    This is an old thread but I recently BeFit on Youtube - loving the fact it's free and avalible to do in my area at home. Have one question ... what's the difference between BeFit in 90 and BeFit in 30? Which is better for a beginner like me? (I'm 5'6, 228lbs) I'd like to start today or tomorrow ... Thanks everyone!
