Many people have asked me what I do. Well here is my workout
‎5-6 days a week. 45-60 minutes on the elliptical. 15 minutes of jump rope (or jump rope like activity) and squats. 15-30 minutes of stretching/hatha yoga. And 5-10 minutes of sit ups/push ups. on Fridays I do my weights. I also stick to my 1200 calorie diet.
