    Cut out processed crap. Seriously--- processed food is, in my opinion, the reason most of us gained weight to begin with by addicting us to food. We always joked as kids that Coca Cola still had cocaine in it... or friends have said, "Jack in the box has crack in their burgers" or "Chipotle must have crack" and honestly I think that there must be some truth to this because we really do get addicted to the food unfortunately. I truly believe the big food corps actually put things INTO foods that they KNOW will make our bodies crave it. Wanna lose weight? Eat whole natural foods like fruits and veggies and as little processed foods as possible.

    Stop eating when you are full.

    If you were filling a car and petrol started pouring out becuase the tank was full, would you keep trying to pt more petrol in?

    My best tip would be to weigh everything you eat as you would be surprised how many extra calories you will be adding by guessing.

    Plan and pack the whole day's meals out -- including snacks. Place in a insulated bag, do not eat outside your plan unless you earn thru exercise

    why not? i drink a cup of skim milk every morning for breakfast. its fat free and 90 calories. Mmmm Mmmm Milk!!!
