Wear what you feel comfortable in. Who cares what other people think. Age is just a number ;)

I just turned 35 and I still plan on wearing my mini skirts this summer. I have worked hard to have great legs so why would I hide them?
  • Heck yea! I have been obese almost my entire life and thus NEVER wore one. When all of it comes off and I get all toned the way I want I am going to wear whatever I want. After all if someone doesn't like they don't have to look. :)
    Big hugs,

The tag on the skirt doesn't have an age limit  If you can rock it, wear it!

    I totally agree!!

If I looked like Jennifer Aniston I'd constantly walk around naked.
  • Oh, you're damn right I would (and do)! If I work this hard every day to maintain great legs, you better believe I'm showing them off every chance I get!

I would not feel comfortable in a mini skirt no matter what my size. When I was young I never wore them and when I reach my goal weight I am sure not going to. I would be too paranoid that someone would see my booty or my hoo ha. I'm pretty modest though compared to most people, or at least it seems to me.

This makes me feel better... I love my legs and I'm turning 40 this weekend. Not where I want to be in the mid-section yet, but I'm showing off these muscley legs this summer!!! Thanks for helping me realize it's OK!!!!!

If you have the body to do it, you should be able to wear whatever you'd like.

I wish I had the legs for it but at 4ft 10 I will never be able to look as good as they do, but everyone has good parts and for me my legs aren't one of them!

I wear mid-thigh skirts...I have a great pair of legs and show them off.

I look better now in them than I did in my 20's. Someone doesn't like it..don't look.

I'm 34 and wouldn't, but that's a personal opinion. If you look good and feel glood and don't look like you think you're 20, go for it.

YES. I don't really understand all these 'rules'.

That said, I'm VERY short and longer skirts make me look even shorter. Couldn't wear any of those maxi dresses that have been in the stores - I'd have to cut the bottom 24" off! :embarassed:
