I am over 35 and if I had the body too, I would! I tell my husband that when I get rid of this weight, I am going to dress like a hoochie momma

Hell yes, if you have the legs for it, age doesn't matter.

If appropriate and they still got the legs, why not?

    Charlize Theron? Yes !
    Rosanne Barr? No !
    Jennifer Aniston? Yes !
    Holland Taylor? No !

    Scottish men playing bagpipes? Okay.

This made me LOL at work. Thank you! :)

    Me too! Awesome :-)

The tag on the skirt doesn't have an age limit  If you can rock it, wear it!

If I had the Body for it, damn right.

Keep this thread alive and tomorrow I will post a pic of me in one of the little outfits I bought for Hawaii in July. Then tell me honestly if my face is too craggy and old, or my legs look bad - or if I can totally rock that little dress!

I read your first comment where you said you are 57. Then I looked at your profile pic, and had to go look at the other pics on your profile to see if that was really you or a photo of your 20-something daughter. You look AMAZING! :flowerforyou: :drinker:

Not in public. At home and on my property, sure. I'm not offended if others do, I just feel that in most situations it isn't appropriate.

Mini skirts are forever a no. Personally I don't think they have ever or will ever look good on anyone.. Especially denim ones. EW

You like a woman in a nice A-line, mid calf skirt with sensible brown lace-up flat shoes don't you :)

Yup. But probably not with a tube top. ;) Or tons of cleavage.

I think once you are in your 30s, you have to show one area at a time, not all at once. Leave the showing everything to to the 20 somethings. and teens.

At 35 I was way too fat for mini skirts, at 40 I'm not so hell yeah!! I'm wearing them!

i say if youve got the body you should definitely show it off!
what bothers me is when people do NOT have the body and show it off way too much.

Nah, sorry, they do not have the monopoly on wearing certain stuff, even though they may think they do :D
