    I need to lose about 40 to 50 pounds. any advice? How long did this take you, and how did you do it!

    Not sure if that's the kind of info that everyone's looking for.

    My two biggest suggestions would be to track EVERYTHING (food, exercise, mood/emotions, stresses, sleep, etc.) and BE HONEST. No one will care if you stick to your plan or not and you can tell them all you want that you're trying your best but you can't fool the scale. :wink:
