We all LOVE Jillian Michaels and we all know that her workouts get results. This is a challenge to exercise to ANY of Jillian's dvds for all (or most) of 30 days.
Start Date: Monday April 16th
End Date: Monday May 14th

Let's do this! Bathing suit season is almost upon us!

    i'm in...i got up to day 8 a couple of weeks ago but stopped? not even sure why? i did other things but i really really want to do her 30ds...i love seeing all the great results from other folks on here!

    I'd love to join. I have done 5 days so far of 30DS. I do 2 days of 30DS and one day of elliptical to give my knees a break. I can't wait to see how many inches I lose. I have the hardest time losing weight but will be happy if I lose inches!

    I just started level 2 today...i found that level 1 was hard at the beginning and it gets better....but MAN! level 2 kicks *kitten*...very high-impacty!!
    but i am still struggling with a normal push up..i think my upper body strength is on hiatus or something! :):)

    I started my own group, but was having trouble getting members. I started a 30ds group in January and had great results. We posted each day after we worled out and how we felt.

    I am on Day 10 of Level One and not looking forward to starting Day 1 of Level Two tomorrow. I'd love to join in - I need some support (and possibly some kick-*kitten* too!!)

    Still pants at push ups from the floor (I have very weak wrists as well as poor upper body strength), but on the knees "girlie style" is too easy now so I do them standing against a wall instead - and keep getting further and further away - all about adaptation :wink:
