    Weekly Goal: 6000
    Mon: 937, spinning, weights, circuits
    Tues: 936, 15k run,
    Wed: 927, spinning, cross trainer, weights, circuits
    Thur: 584, spinning, 20minutes weights(doubt I'll make the 6000)
    Fri: 907,10k run
    Sat: 1,511 16k run
    Sun: 573, Cross trainer, weights and situp(etc).

    Target 6,000
    Total 6,375

    Result = I'm shattered

    First time doing it, hard to do, saturday was a real struggle. Not doing it week on week.

    I didn't quite reach my goal last time but was really close... so I'm going for it again!

    Mon: 344 (walk through the woods and 20 mins zumba) ** had to edit due to last minute decision to do some zumba last night
    Tues: 291 (treadmill)
    Wed: 321 (cleaned an entire house)
    Thur: 663 (walking and zumba)
    Fri: 302 (walking)
    Sat: 630 (walk through woods and 30ds level 1)

    Tuesday - 758 - Treadmill with incline, elliptical trainer, weight training
    Wednesday - 919 - Elliptical trainer, Zumba, weight training
    Thursday - rest -
    Friday - 218 - slow walk
    Saturday - 1685 - Treadmill with incline, elliptical trainer, weight training 2hrs total (got my HRM, I hope this is accurate)
    Sunday - 1864 - Treadmill with incline, stair climber, elliptical, weight training, ice skating. (with HRM)
