Tues: 521 calories burned (NRoL4W & 30 min Elliptical/treadmill)

Well I need to revise my WORKOUT plan to burn 1650 calories b/c I burned over 2000 doing 45 mins on the AMT, a 6 mile walk, 15 on elliptical and NROL4W w/ HIIT for 14 minutes. It was 4 hours of working out on a Sunday...WHEW I need to go to BED ASAP0 -
