    Goal: 4500 calories

    Mon: 775 calories were burnt by 45 mins
    jogging few aerobics, mild workouts and etc.!!

    Tue: 988 calories were burnt

    Wed: 372 calories burnt by jogging, aerobics

    Thurs: 668 calories burnt, jogging, aerobics

    Fri: 816 calories burnt by jogging, walking,aerobics, rope jumping and etc.

    My first attempt at this challenge. PUMPED!!

    Weekly Goal: 3500
    Mon: 640 calories burned!! (stairs, elliptical, bike)
    Tues: 545 calories burned (strength training, elliptical)
    Wed: BAD day... didn't make it to gym. Had wine and key lime pie at girls night out. BAD Jennifer!
    Thur: 865 (strength training, elliptical, running)
