I'm 5' 8". But if I wear heels I'm over 6ft. Sucks when you're on a date but does it count? lol!!
But for what it's worth, I'm aiming for 130 with the lowest being 125.

I'm 5'10 and 163. It would be nice to be 155, but I am also happy here

I'm thinking of doing a small bulk this fall/winter and then a cut in the spring/summer.. I'm just playing with body fat percentages now.

I'm another large-framed tall woman and I'm happy to see others who are OK with the fact that they will never be "model" weight. I'm 5' 10.5", currently 191 down from 209 (at my largest I hit 220...I've never admitted that to anyone, not even my husband) and I think I would be happy in the 160s somewhere. That's where I was in college, back when I thought I was fat. So stupid. But anything below that I think would look unhealthy on me.

OK Ladies, I am 5'10.5" and struggling with losing the last few pounds... here is a tiny bit of my history. I had massive weight gain from having to take steroids during treatment for blood cancer. I was always very athletic. In my mid 30's after having three children, I was about 155 pounds and wore a size 6 or 7 pants.

After treatment which included massive amounts of steroids, I doubled my body weight for the most part. Now I have already came a long way... but I may have to be thankful I got where I did rather than worry about the last 20 or so pounds.

    SW: 303 pounds size 26
    CW: 195 pounds size 16
    GW: 175 pounds probably a 10

I have a couple of problems. One is with buying clothes. Especially since the pants style has changed so much from flared legs to "skinny" jeans. I have a problem with "skinny jeans, called they barely fit in the legs at a size 18 and the waist is HUGE. If they fit in the waist, the legs are too tight.

The other problem I have is I frequently have a pants problem with the waists being too big but if I go down a 14, while I can get them on, they are very tight around the waist, but I have the 16's falling down unless they run VERY small. I have a few items in the closet as small as a 12 and as large as a 20. I wear size Large or XL shirts. I hate that there isn't a standard in sizing. Another thing I would like to see is companies making larger women's shoes that are narrow width. I wear size 12 shoes and it is so discouraging to go in find the 12's and they only have them in wide width.

I think that I am a size 12 now, but I'm not sure. I'm wearing clothes that are too big!

    I'm 6' and when I was 170-175 I wore a size 12. Even when I was 135 and very slim I was an 8.....never seen a 4 or 6....maybe when I was shorter :).

I wear a uk 12 on top and 14 below. I'd love to get to 12 below but that's very happened even when I was too thin at 140.

I am 6' tall. My goal is 170 but I'm aiming for 165 just to give myself a little wiggle room. It takes 20lbs loss or gain before I change clothing sizes! Which kinda sucks......At 170 I can wear 10/12 because I'll always be a bit "hippy".

    I am 6' tall:

    SW: 194 January 2014
    CW:172 April 2014
    GW:150 Hopefully June 2014

I was 140 pounds in college, but I looked too skinny now that I see pictures and 140 would be hard to maintain I think.

    You were a size 4/6 when you weighed 172?? I'm currenlty 170 and I'm having a tough time fitting into my size 12's! Even when I'm 160, I'm still a size 10/12

So much depends on body type and other issues. I had 2 kids (10 lbs and 9.5 lbs) "naturally" and my hips are definitely wider than they use to be. Even when I was 15% body fat there were only a few brands of 6's I could wear. 8 was really my size.

I'm 5'10, heaviest was 230ish (give or take), wearing fitted size 16. Jumped on MFP October 2013. I am now down to 207, comfortable size 12s and my goal is to hit 170 by October 2014. Once I reach that goal I want to go for 150 by March 2015 for my destination wedding. :) - BABY STEPS though, baby steps. I am in this for life no matter how it goes.

Medium shirt, went from size 14-16 pants to probably a 10 today. Most dresses are size 8-10.
